Korea Dyeing & Finishing Technology Institute has the priority that it creates high-values and secures technology competitive power through development of new technology in textile industry. It is a company-friendly research center which leads development of differentiated process technology and original technology for textile industry to grow continuously
In 2013, “Textile Materials Total Solution Center” was established to provide national/international companies with textile material information and support industrialization of developed materials. With ‘over-all support infra for textile material small and middle sized companies’, Textile Materials Total Solution Center, Korea Dyeing & Finishing Technology Institute will always make efforts for companies.
Functions and Roles
Establishment purpose
develop cutting edge dyeing processing technology supports for high-values and differentiated products in textile industry;
supports technology development, producing experiment products, analysis of cause of faulty for small and middle sized dyeing companies for improvement of international competitive power in dyeing processing industry;
develops and distributes clean dyeing process technology and dyeing waste water treatment technology to develop dyeing process industry as an environmentally friendly and technology intensive industry

- proceeds research development projects
Sustainable research projects for developing environmentally friendly technologies such as cutting edge dyeing processing technology and dyeing waste water treatment in industry-academic cooperation
- proceeds test analysis support projects
Support textile fastness property and quality comparison test and analysis of cause of dyeing processing faulty and establishing measures
- support project for producing experiment production
Induces producing of experiment process of new products and required samples of various kinds and small amount production as applying Field CCM/CCK and Pilot dyeing facilities
